Biography
Mr. Kajoshaj is an experienced US trial attorney whose focus is primarily in civil litigation (including personal injury). Prior to joining Privatus Counsel, Mr. Kajoshaj worked as a senior trial associate for first-class personal injury firms in New York City and Long Island. He has litigated thousands of cases over the course of his career and has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
Mr. Kajoshaj oversees the Privatus Counsel's litigation and dispute resolution practice, including negligence claims from inception to settlement and/or trial. He is also involved in Privatus Counsel’s international corporate and commercial matters.
Mr. Kajoshaj graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pace University in New York City and earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in litigation from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. During law school, Mr. Kajoshaj interned at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Kajoshaj is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and is admitted to Federal Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts. He is fluent in Albanian and is always ready to help our clients and address their concerns.
